Millions may have nowhere to turn without funding for pools and leisure

Swim England chief executive Jane Nickerson expressed her delight and dismay as around one in five publicly-owned English swimming pools opened in the first few days.   We believe around 50 per cent will be open by mid-August – with many operating on a reduced timetable.   That's why we are continuing to work hard behind the scenes supporting the #SaveLeisure campaign and fighting to get more swimming pools open across the country.
